    What we love about using local lenders is that they are readily available for questions 7 days a week. Lenders working for big banks work typical bankers hours (Monday-Friday 9-5) chances are, thats around the time YOU work too! We will probably be previewing homes in the evenings and weekends, and well, sometimes we will need to put an offer in and will need some guidance from a lender. Having to wait until the next business day to get an answer from the lender can sometimes keep you from putting in your very best offer as fast as you would want to.  With a local lender, they are eager to earn your business, they are available by phone, email and text! The Losoya Group has built a solid relationship with them and they understand that the lending is one of the most important aspects to our business. They go above and beyond for our clients!

    Unlike a big bank or credit union, you will never have to call a 1-800 number to reach the person making decisions about your loan approval or process. Our approved lenders have a local number, just like us, you will meet face to face with the lender and they will go over the entire loan process. The Losoya Group loves technology, but understands that the lending process can be scary and overwhelming. This is why we have chosen a small group of lenders who understand the value of meeting with buyers in person and creating a relationship of trust. Once an offer is submitted, our lenders are willing to call the sellers agent directly and reassure them that the loan attached to the offer submitted is solid and sets up expectations from the start. (We have yet to have a big bank do this!)
